Shipping

AO&SS requires all delivery adresses be either a residential or commercial street number as items cannot be deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries are to the front door and ground level only. Drivers have not been contracted to take items upstairs, inside, prodcust assembly, installation and removal of packaging.

Once delivered, if your product has been damaged during transportation, we can accept returns within 48 hours.
